What do you love most about barbecuing/cooking?

THE SMELLS! The smokey flavor from the grill, easy clean up, easy to learn and execute.

Do you have any fond memories of family barbecues growing up? Or any favorite family mealtime moments with your own kids?

Growing up, in the summer, my dad made teriyaki steak tips on the grill at least once a week and it’s still my all time favorite thing to grill/eat!

How does Bachan’s inspire you to make the dishes you do with it?

Because of its clean ingredients and awesome flavor, I try to incorporate it into everyday, simple meals and snacks to enhance them even more.

If you could only pick 1 main dish and 1 side dish to eat at a summer BBQ what would they be?

Main: BBQ Brisket

Side: Mac & Cheese

What is your favorite Bachan’s Flavor? Is there any particular reason why that’s your favorite?

Hot & Spicy. OG is a close second, but I started to like spicy foods recently and Hot & Spicy is the perfect balance of both.

What are your favorite recipes to make with Bachan’s sauces?

Sushi Salmon Bowl, Fried Rice, Hibachi Chopped Sub, Steak Marinade, Shrimp Tacos, Sweet & Spicy Mayo (as a dip)
